Consignor Terms

In our ever-continuing effort to increase the quality of the auction experience, and value for our buyers and sellers, we have adopted the following policies regarding consignments: 

1. Johnny Wright Auctions, LLC. reserves the right to reject any items at the time of check-in,

2. NO item projected to bring in less than $100. There is a $10 minimum commission per item.

3. No junk small outdoor equipment (i.e weed eaters, generators, push mowers). 

4. No passenger vehicle tires or utility trailer tires unless they are brand new.

5. No tractor tires, heavy equipment tires, trailer tires, wtc. will be accepted unless they have more than 50% of tread remaining and are free of dry rot and cracks.

6. No household items including, but not limited to, appliances, decorations, or general housebhold fare.

7. No single item reserves will be accpeted under $100 - items may be grouped into one lot at JWA's discretion.

8. Customers are responsible to maintain insurance on all items - JWA IS NOT responsible for items on our yard. 

9. By consigning with JWA, you are giving us sole rights to market and sell the items consigned. As such, you agree to not sell yourself or grant another third party to sell your consigned items while under contract with Johnny Wright Auctions, LLC.
